Housing Operations & Property Services Workforce Pathway

Program Overview

Keys to Stability is a workforce development and economic mobility program operated by Gems to Jewels Inc. The program prepares justice-impacted and underserved individuals for stable employment and long-term opportunity within housing operations, property services, facilities administration, and housing-adjacent support roles.

Designed as a non-licensed, workforce-ready pathway, Keys to Stability emphasizes hands-on training, industry-recognized skills, and employer-validated competencies that lead directly to employment, apprenticeship, or continued career advancement.

Rather than focusing on professional licensure, the program equips participants with practical experience and transferable skills that support housing stability, community reintegration, and sustainable economic outcomes.
