Literacy

Ages Served: 14–25

Builds literacy, communication, and academic confidence while encouraging self-expression and personal growth.

Programs:
   •    Next Gen Book Club
   •    Literacy and journaling programs
   •    Reading comprehension and communication skill-building

Outcomes:
   •    Improved literacy and vocabulary
   •    Increased academic confidence
   •    Stronger self-expression

Mentorship

Ages Served: 14–18

Provides trauma-informed mentorship and stabilization support for justice-impacted and court-involved youth.

Programs:
   •    One-on-one and group mentoring
   •    Reentry preparation and life-skills development
   •    Support for detained and returning youth

Outcomes:
   •    Reduced recidivism risk
   •    Improved decision-making and emotional regulation
   •    Stronger support networks

Workforce

Ages Served: 16 and up

Creates non-traditional workforce pathways that lead to employment, credentials, and long-term economic mobility.

Programs:
   •    Non-licensed real estate and property apprenticeship
   •    Hands-on training led by licensed professionals
   •    Employer-validated instruction in housing-adjacent careers
   •    Job readiness, placement, and advancement support

Credentialing:
   •    Certificate of Occupational Proficiency

Outcomes:
   •    Increased employability
   •    Job placement and advancement
   •    Sustainable income pathways

Stability

Ages Served: 16 and up

Addresses the financial and housing foundations needed to sustain employment and personal growth.

Programs:
   •    Financial literacy and budgeting education
   •    Housing education and navigation
   •    Credit awareness and tenant-rights education
   •    Pathways to housing stability and asset building

Outcomes:
   •    Increased housing stability
   •    Improved financial confidence
   •    Reduced risk of housing insecurity

Civics

Ages Served: 16 and up

Builds informed, engaged leaders who understand systems, advocacy, and community responsibility.

Programs:
   •    Civic education and systems awareness
   •    Leadership development
   •    Community service and engagement opportunities

Outcomes:
   •    Increased civic participation
   •    Leadership identity development
   •    Stronger community connection
