The E3 Model Our E3 Model
✨ Educate, Empower, Elevate—guides every Gems to Jewels program. Each course is tailored to the specific group, location, and population, ensuring relevance and impact. Youth move through a blend of personal development, professional development, and guided journaling using our signature Gems to Jewels workbooks and journals. Through E3, participants learn essential skills, strengthen their confidence, and receive the support they need to grow, lead, and succeed.
