Certifications Supported Through Your Donation:

• Donations help participants earn recognized workplace credentials that increase employability and job readiness

• CPR and First Aid certification through an authorized training provider

• OSHA 10 General Industry or Construction safety certification

• Workplace Safety and Jobsite Readiness training certificate

• Professional Conduct and Soft Skills certificate

• Real Estate and Property Management Administrative Training certificate

• Workforce Readiness and Reentry Preparation certificate

• Participants receive documentation complete supervised training and gain experience aligned with employer expectations

• $100 - Sponsor a youth with books mentorship and literacy development including a certificate of completion

• $250 - Support one youth through a full literacy course with curriculum materials and documented learning outcomes

• $500 - Provide reentry and workforce readiness services including CPR and safety training for one participant

• $750 - Sponsor one youth through a 6–8 week program cycle with mentorship and certifications

• $1,000 - Support a real estate or skilled trades pre apprenticeship participant including CPR and OSHA training

• $1,500 - Sponsor a 6 week book club cycle for five or more youth including books curriculum and instruction

• $2,500 - Support financial literacy and housing stability program

• $5,000 - Fund a workforce readiness cohort serving five to seven participants with certifications and job preparation

• $7, 500 - Sponsor a full mentorship and wellness program cycle supporting justice impacted youth

• $10,000 - Become a program sponsor supporting apprenticeships literacy and reentry services with impact reporting and recognition
